I bought Naan Bread during the sale this week and was looking for a creative way to use some left over steak we had for dinner the other night and viola! Really the star of the dish is the egg cooked in the Naan Bread. Top with bacon, sausage, lunchmeat, the possibilities are endless!
I used a mason jar, but you can use any cup or cookie cutter to put a dent in your Naan Bread for the egg. Crack the egg and place it in the dented area.
Bake on 375 for about 15 minutes. My oven gets really hot fast so depending on your oven you may need to cook it a bit longer. Once the egg was done I placed the steak and cheese on and baked another two minutes. Then I topped with green onions and served.
