One thing I know how to throw down is macaroni and cheese.
Every family function, church event, and gathering with friends it is ‘the dish’ I always bring and is always requested. I only know how to make it in large quantities. You know the kind that feeds an army. By the time I add in the cheese, noodles, and everything else the thing easily weighs 7 pounds! I wanted to try out the new Barilla Pronto noodles so I mixed my recipe up and made Skillet Macaroni and Cheese.
Can I tell you my favorite part is that it all goes in one Skillet! No boiling noodles in a pot or dirtying up the colander just one skillet is all you need. A 12.5-15 inch skillet will work.
