There is nothing better than a warm and gooey Cinnamon Roll! I have an obsession with Nutella and made the ultimate Nutella Cream Cheese Glaze for my Cinnamon Rolls last night and OH.MY.
I’d offer you one, but my family gobbled them all down! At least I snapped a few pictures, and here’s the recipe, maybe you can make these too!
Cinnamon Roll Ingredients:
1lb Dough Ball
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cinnamon with 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Grab a ball of dough from the deli. (They were just $1.00 last week!) Dust your surface with flour and roll out the dough in a rectangle shape. Melt 1/2 cup of butter and spread some of it liberally on the dough.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. I used about a 1/4 cup. Use a pizza cutter and cut one inch strips of dough.
Roll those strips up like this.
Coat the bottom of the pan with butter, and place your rolls in a dish. I used this springform pan. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
2 Tablespoons Softened Cream Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Nutella (Nutella coupon here)
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
3 Tablespoons Coffee Cream (I used Caramel)
Start with the melted warm (but not hot) butter. Add in the other ingredients and wisk until smooth.
Add your glaze and serve warm!
