The wrapping wasn’t perfect.
My house hasn’t been mopped or swept yet this week.  (ok let’s be honest more like two weeks!) 
I didn’t make homemade candy.
We missed several holiday parties.
I didn’t have professional pictures made.
Holiday cards didn’t happen.

..But despite not living up to the expectations of the season, my children were all smiles and that my friends is how I want to remember this Christmas, because being together is more than enough.
