Here is my question – how in the world do you REDEEM Sub Club points? They never come off my total automatically and I always have to ask for subs to be taken off and then the person at the register never knows how to do that and has to call a manager. They used to have special free sub wrappers but they don’t have those anymore at the location I go to. Last time the manager told me to check the website for how to redeem points but there was nothing anywhere about the Sub Club. So how do you redeem yours?
