My family loves Mexican Food. Our favorite Mexican eatery is our go to restaurant when we don’t feel like cooking. Secretly our favorite part is the chips and dip. If you want to make this at home this recipe is so so very simple and only requires 3 ingredients!
1 Bag of Supremo Cheese
1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
1/2 – 1 Jar of Green Chiles
On your stove top heat your pan to 3-4 and put in the shredded cheese. The secret is to keep stirring it until it melts. Once the shredded cheese is melted add your sour cream and chiles. Serve with chips, or your favorite Mexican dish!
